What’s not to love about food trucks?
Convenience, price, and variety are just a few of the reasons we love food trucks here at Nine12 Gateway.
Convenience
Food Trucks are meant for on-the-go, easy to eat foods. You can sit in the grass, on a park bench, or take it to-go in your car on the way to work or school. And of course, they’re on wheels, so they can travel to you!
Just like Jet’s Pizza Truck, which has been stopping by Nine12 on Thursday nights for the last several weeks. They’ve been travelling to us to provide our residents with a quick, easy dinner pie and we love it!
Of course, they also have a storefront location in Apopka if you’re looking for a dine-in option or more variety: Jet’s Pizza.
Price
Food truck portion sizes are smaller so that you can sample more items, which often lends to more affordable prices. Jet’s Pizza offers our residents a Detroit Style deep dish large (10 slice) pizza for just $10! That’s a great dinner grab on a Thursday night!
Variety
Food trucks have increased in popularity over the years with food truck gardens and meet-ups, and often join up in pairs or teams to offer variety to their customers. Whether it’s breakfast and coffee trucks at the local farmer’s market or a Food Truck Wars event in Crane’s Roost Park, we love the variety that food trucks offer!
You could get some ribs from Jesse’s Rib Shack, onion rings from Curbside Streatery, and follow it up with a Dole Whip from Krysty’s Cones! Now we’re hungry!
We’ve enjoyed hosting all of those food trucks here at Nine12 Gateway. In addition to the above, other delicious food trucks around the Altamonte, Lake Mary, and Orlando area include:
Tamale Co. Mexican Street Food
